Enter our 3-Bedroom cottage through a small walled courtyard and stable door into the hallway and through to the open plan kitchen / dining and sitting room with slate floor and rugs. DownstairsOur kitchen area has a fully fitted range of lacquered cream units with a slate splash back. There is an integral electric hob and oven and a dishwasher as well as microwave and freestanding fridge freezer. The dining area has an oak dining table and 6 high back oak chairs. Our open-plan lounge has a large woodburning stove in inglenook fireplace. It is furnished with 2 three-seater leather sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player and occasional furniture. The downstairs bedroom is suitable for semi-ambulant guests. It is furnished with twin 3ft beds (which can be zipped together to create a 6ft super king size bed if requested at the time of booking) and oak bedroom furniture. There is an adjacent disabled friendly shower room which is made up of a disabled friendly shower, WC and wash hand basin. UpstairsUpstairs there are two more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super-king size bed and a contemporary bath and wash hand basin screened behind the head board with a separate WC. The bedroom is furnished with an oak wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. The third bedroom has twin 3ft beds (which again can be zipped together), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There are velux windows in both upstairs bedrooms giving lovely views over the open countryside. OutsideDouble patio doors lead from the kitchen and dining area to the gravelled and paved patio with garden furniture and barbecue; three sleeper steps lead to the enclosed lawn.
